Real estate

Homes we built, and still look after.

We develop residential buildings in Hulhumalé, and keep them in good order through our own service and maintenance team.

Because the same group builds, supplies and maintains each building, the people who live in them deal with one company from the first viewing onwards.

We have completed five residential buildings of two to four storeys, with further plots in development.
